贲门癌术前彩超显像对手术切除可能性的估价

The Preoperative Evaluation of Resectability of Cancer of Gastvic Cardia by Colour Ultrasonography

为了探讨贲门癌手术切除的可能性，对５６例贲门癌病人术前进行了彩超显像检查。结果：贲门区肿块检出率９６４％（５４／５６），其中病变直径≤５ｃｍ者２３例，５～７ｃｍ者２６例，＞７ｃｍ者７例。病变浸润肝或肝转移１３例，脾门受侵６例，浸润胰腺１４例。通过脉冲多普勒测定胃左动脉血流参数，提示胃左动脉旁有不同程度的淋巴结转移４４例。作者认为，贲门癌术前行彩超显像检查，弥补了钡餐和胃镜检查的不足，为术前判断手术切除的可能性提供了重要的参考依据。

This paper is to study the resectability of cancer of gastric cardia by ultrasonography in 56 preoperative patients.The positive scanning rate of cardiac cancer was 96.4%(54/56).The diameter of the tumor mass was ≤5cm in 23 cases,5～7cm in 26 and 7cm in 7.Liver infiltration or metastasis was demonstrated in 13 cases and invasion of hilum of spleen in 6 and pancreas in 14.The blood flow parameter of the left gastric artery,measured by pulse doppler,indicated lymph node metastasis in 44 cases.The writer considers that preoperative colour ultrasonography could be complementary to barium meal and gastroscopic examinations and provide important reference for judging the resecta bility.
