伴代谢综合征高血压病患者血内皮素及胰岛素抵抗测定及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察伴代谢综合征（MS）高血压病惠者血内皮素水平及其与胰岛素抵抗的相互关系,并探讨其意义.方法 选择伴MS高血压患者56例,以放射免疫方法检测其血内皮素（ET）、空腹血糖（FG）、空腹血胰岛素（FI）水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）,并与正常对照组和单纯高血压病组相比较.结果 ①与正常对照组比较,单纯高血压病组及伴MS高血压病组中血ET及FG水平均明显增高,差异有显著性（P＜0.01～0.05）;②且ET及FG均以伴MS高血压病组增高更加明显,与正常对照组及单纯高血压组相比,差异有显著性（P＜0.01～0.05）;③FI及HOMA-IR仅在伴MS高血压病组中明显增高,与正常对照组及单纯高血压组相比,差异有显著性（P＜0.01～0.05）.结论 伴MS高血压患者血ET及HOMA-IR显著增高,且较单纯高血压病改变明显.
