FDG PET在乳腺癌及其腋窝淋巴结转移的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET在乳腺癌及其腋窝淋巴结转移的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析29例乳腺肿瘤患者的FDG PET的检查结果并与手术和病理诊断比较。结果FDG PET诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异性和准确率分别为95.6%,100%和96.6%。在有淋巴结转移的9例患者中,FDG PET检查每例至少有1枚淋巴结表现FDG摄取增强,但所显示阳性的淋巴结均>0.5 cm。结论目前FDG PET作为一种非侵入性的诊断方法在乳腺癌临床应用方面具有巨大的潜力,不仅对乳腺癌的定性及定位有清晰的显示,对有否出现腋窝淋巴结转移及其他器官远处转移的诊断也有重要帮助。
