摘要
介绍了整流二极管智能化浪涌电流测试仪的技术指标和工作原理,以及依照中国整流二极管浪涌电流测试的国家标准,并为适应国外厂商对该指标的特殊要求,由单片机及D/A和A/D转换器组成智能化控制系统。介绍了两种浪涌电流波形的产生、波形的个数、浪涌电流值的设置,并对被测整流二极管经浪涌电流测试后的实际电流波形和电流值等技术参数进行设计、检测和数据处理,在仪器面板上以数字显示出实际浪涌电流值,最后提供了测试方法及误差分析。实践证明,它是一种测量整流二极管有关技术参数的经济实用的新一代专用测试仪器,已获得实际应用。
This article introduces the technique indicators and working principles of rectifier diode intelligent surge current tester. According to the national standards of testing rectifier diode surge current, also to adapt the special indicator requests of overseas manufacturers, this intelligent control system composed of Single Chip Computer, D/A and A/D conversion. It discusses the production of the two kind of surge current waves, the number of the waves and the magnitude of the surge current. Meanwhile, after the rectifier diode has been tested through surge current, the technical parameters such as the actual current waveform and its magnitude have been designed, examined and data processed. Then the actual surge current value will be expressed by number on the instrument board. Finally, the testing method and error analysis have been provided. In practice, it is proved that this tester is an economical, applied new generation testing device used to test relevant technical parameters, and has been achieved practical application.
