Design of Wire/Wireless Command Communication Dispatching Equipment Based on CTI Technology

介绍了CTI(计算机电信集成)技术及其特点,描述了一种基于CTI技术的有线/无线指挥通信调度机的软、硬件设计;调度机以CTI技术为核心,采用RS-485总线和网络中间件技术,综合运用数字交换控制、超短波无线接口、多制式有线话路接口技术予以实现;该设备已投入使用,实现了高效、灵活、可靠的调度通信。

This paper introduces the features of CTI technology. It describes the software and hardware design of a wire/wirless command communication dispatching equipment based on CTI technology. The dispatching equipment is based on CTI and implemented by adopting RS-485 bus and network middleware, using synthetically digital switching, uhra-short wave interface and multi-mode wire voice interface technologies. The equipment has already been applied, which are leading to the effective, flexible and reliable dispatching communication.
