Design and Realization of MapGIS Work Flow Based E-government Web-office

本文重点阐述构建国土资源局网络办公电子政务GIS系统的相关关键技术,即基于.net的分布式多层体系结构、工作流驱动技术、基于MapGIS网络的工作流模型,采用基于asp,MapGISIMS和COM组件技术的Web服务技术实施电子政务。文中给出了工作流驱动技术与基于MapGIS网络的工作流模型的相关原理,电子政务搭建平台在系统搭建中的作用,以秦皇岛国土局办公政务土地利用管理子系统Web开发为例,对系统搭建过程与实现细节,如工作流流程运转中搜索事件名称作了较为详细的阐述。系统实现了网上跨地区联合办公,提供空间信息管理、查询、分析的信息服务。

This paper briefs the key technologies in design and realization of e-government web-office system for the Land and Resources Dept. of Qinhuangdao city. These technologies include the distributed multilayer system framework based on net, the work-flow driving technique and the work-flow model based on MapGIS network. This system has been designed and implemented by using ASP, COM technology, MapGIS IMS and MapGIS work-flow model. This paper also presents the principles of these technologies and a subsystem to illustrate the system designing and realizing process or manners. At the same time, an example of searching event name in the process of work-flow running is introduced. This system is capable of handing e-government on-line joint work among different administration districts, and canprovide web information service covering spatial information, inquiry and analysis.
