On dialectic unity of building a harmonious society and scientific concept of development

构建和谐社会与科学发展观是辩证统一的。构建社会主义和谐社会注重从和谐的角度求发展,是科学发展观的重要指向目标;科学发展观注重从发展的角度求和谐,是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本指导方针。实现构建和谐社会与科学发展观的辩证统一,必须坚持改革开放和安定有序的辩证统一、共同建设和共同享有的辩证统一、制度建设和能力建设的辩证统一的方法论原则。

Building a harmonious society and scientific development view are a dialectical unity. Development based on harmoniousness is the important aim of scientific development view while harmoniousness relying on development is the guidelines for building a harmonious socialist society. In order to reach a dialectical unity, we must stick to the methodological principle of a dialectical unity of reform and stability, mutual construction and mutual possession, systematic construction and capability construction.
