摘要
目前我国社会总体上是和谐的,但是,也存在不少影响社会和谐的矛盾和问题,其中包括一些领导干部的素质、能力和作风与新形势新任务的要求还不适应。具体表现在:一些领导干部蜕化变质,堕落为贪官,相当严重地恶化了干群关系;一些领导干部随意侵犯普通民众的民主权利,也在一定程度上恶化了干群关系;还有一些领导干部官僚主义作风严重,为了自己升官而弄虚作假,他们的不良言行也在一定程度上隔离了干群关系。我们必须正视这些现象和问题,重视解决领导干部与普通民众的矛盾,积极营造和谐的干群关系。这主要依靠领导干部的自我指导、行为约束,在实际工作中认真践行党和国家关于领导干部必须执政为民的要求。而在全社会加大宣扬好干部和惩治贪官的力度,也是营造和谐的干群关系的重要举措。
Among the contradictions and problems which undermine the harmoniousness of our society are some officials’ poor quality, ability and way of doing things. Some become malfeasants, some infringe upon the masses’ rights and others are bureaucratic in work, which seriously affects the relationship between the officials and the masses. To overcome these malpractice, the officials should be strict with themselves and stick to the principle of serving for the people in their practical work. Besides, the praise for good officials and punishment for bad officials must be strengthened in the whole society. These measures will be helpful for building the harmonious relationship between the officials and the masses.
