摘要
技术创新和客户导向都被认为是企业竞争优势的重要来源。但是,在技术创新与客户导向之间往往存在着一些似是而非的争论与认识。实际上,技术创新与客户导向既不是截然对立的,也不是完全融合的,企业要想获得竞争优势可以有多种方式和途径。从技术创新方法和客户导向理念两个维度来考察,现实中存在四种典型的经营模式:技术驱动型、需求满足型、市场创造型、模仿竞争型。它们都有比较成功的代表性企业。当然,这四种经营模式都有其应用的前提条件。
Both technology innovation and customer orientation are the important sources of competitive advantage. However, there are some paradoxes on the relation between technology innovation and customer orientation. In fact, the two are not opposite or consistent. There are different ways to gain competitive advantage. From the angle of technology innovation and customer orientation, there are four business models, i.e. technology-driven, demand-satisfied, market-created and imitation-competition. Each model can find some successful examples. However, each one four has its own conditions of application.
