摘要
分析了灯泡贯流式机组重锤关机试验、甩负荷试验、主轴密封故障、连杆动作、转轮叶片碰刮以及自动化元件故障等问题,提出了处理意见,并采取了有效措施,使问题得到了妥善解决,对同类机组有一定参考意义。
For the tubular hydro - unit, the shutdown test, load relief test, main shaft sealing fault, action of links and levers, bumping and scraping of runner blades and automation control element fault are analyzed. Some suggestions are proposed and related measures are taken. Solutions are useful for other tubular hydro-units.
