摘要
本文介绍了一种基于新型PIC单片机的熔化极气保焊机数字化时序控制系统,分析了系统的硬件构成原理和软件流程。试验结果表明,该时序控制系统达到了设计的目标,实现了焊机的参数预设调节、焊接时序、二/四步功能、焊丝种类和直径选择、引弧和收弧等的数字化控制。
This paper introduces a digitized time-sequential control system is designed for the MAG welder based on a new PIC single chip microcomputer, analyzes the hardware constitutional principle and software flowchart of the system. The experimental re- suits show that this system has reached the projected goals of system design which realizes the digital controls of presetting and regu- lating of welding parameters, welding time sequence, two/four step functions, choosing of sorts and diameters of welding rod, starting/ ending arc and so on.
