摘要
本文介绍了一种由贝加莱的可编程计算机控制器PCC与西门子的6ES70矢量控制变频器联网组成的多电机同步调速系统,采用基于RS485串口的USS协议实现了PCC与多台变频器的串行数据通讯。作者简介了该系统的构成,对USS通讯协议和系统应用软件的实现进行了深入的描述。该系统可对各变频器的运行参数进行在线设置与监测,并实现远程控制,能有效地减少系统布线、提高系统的抗干扰能力,为印染自动化提供了一种高性能和低成本的解决方案。
This paper introduces a multi-motor synchronous drives system consists of B & R PCC and Siemens 6ES70 Vector Control Frequency Converter., the serial communication between PCC and multiple frequency converters is realized by using USS protocol based on RS 485 interface. The author simply presents the system constitution, elaborates USS communication protocol and the application soft- ware of the system. The presented system is very convenient to set up and monitor the operational parameters of each frequency convert- era on line and realize the remote control. The method can reduce electric wire connections and improve the anti-interference capability of the system. Thereby a solution for dyeing-printing automation with low-cost and high-performance is provided.
