长骨骨化性纤维瘤的X线及CT诊断

X-ray and CT diagnosis of long bone ossifying fibroma

目的探讨长骨骨化性纤维瘤的X线及CT诊断价值,提高影像诊断正确率。方法16例经手术病理证实的长骨骨化性纤维瘤全部行X平片检查,其中8例病人行CT检查。结果16例长骨骨化性纤维瘤X线诊断正确11例,误诊5例;CT检查正确诊断7例,误诊1例。结论CT检查能够提高长骨骨化性纤维瘤的正确诊断率,显示病变范围较传统X线清晰,对于指导临床治疗有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the X-ray and CT finding of long bone ossifying fibroma. Methods X-ray plain films were performed in all 16 patients with long bone ossifying fibroma which was confirmed by pathology and surgery,of all 16 patients ,CT was performed in 8 patients. Results In 16 eases, long bone ossifying fibroma was diagnosed by X-ray in 11 eases, misdiagnosed in 5 eases. In 8 eases , long bone ossifying fibroma was diagnosed by CT in 7 eases, misdiagnosed in 1 eases. Coudusion CT can improve the correct diagnosis of long bone ossifying fibroma and earl more clearly demonstrate the extension of lesions than X-ray plain film, which is important for clinical treatment.
