彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的价值

Evaluation of color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿脐带绕颈的价值。方法对288例足月妊娠妇产前2周内行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察胎儿脐带绕颈情况与产后结果对照分析。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的准确率为95.83%,误诊率为7.59%,漏诊率为2.87%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈安全、可靠、准确性高,具有很高的临床价值。同时分析了误漏诊的原因,提出了相应的改进方法。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging （ CDFI ） in umbilical cord around the neck. Methods 288 cases of full term pregnant women were examined by CDFI two weeks ahead of parturition, the findings of umbilical cord around the neck or not were analyaed and compared with the results of the clinical diagnosis after delivery. Results The diagnosing accuracy rate of umbilical cord around the neck by CDFI was 95.83% ,the misdiagnosis rate was 7.59%, the missed diagnosis rate was 2.87%. Condusion It was safe, reliable and accurate to diagnose umbilical cord around the neck by CDFI. Meanwhile,the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were analyzed and the methods were supplied to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.
