摘要
通过分析连铸板坯的轻压下过程,提出了铸坯压下率的理论模型,考察了不同拉速、不同铸坯断面下板坯压下率的变化规律。结果表明,压下率与压下速率沿拉坯方向呈近似线性减少关系;压下速率的取值不受拉速影响;压下率与铸坯厚度呈线性减少关系,厚度每增加10%,压下率减小10%;铸坯宽度对压下率的影响很小;压下总量不随拉速的变化而变化。
Based on analyzing soft reduction course of continuous casting slab, a theoretical model for reduction gradient is presented and change regulations of slab reduction gradient under different casting speeds and sizes of casting slab section are investigated. The results show that reduc- tion gradient and rate decrease linearly along the strand, respectively, casting speed has no effect on reduction rate value, reduction gradient decreases linearly with casting slab thickness which decreases by 10% as the thickness increases by 10%, casting slab width has little effect on reduction gradient and the amount of reduction doesnt change with casting speed.
