摘要
鞍钢新1号高炉出铁场采用了两个矩形出铁场形式,在设计上出铁场具有平坦、铁口夹角大、设施布置紧凑、炉前集中控制等特点。沟衬选择了与以往不同的耐火材料和不同的砌筑方式,强度高、抗冲刷与侵蚀、不粘渣铁、通铁量高,满足了高炉生产的需要。
Two rectangle type of easthouses are adopted in Angang New No. 1 BF which have characteristics in design such as flatness, large angle between iron notches, compact installation, concentrated control in front of BF and so on. Refractory and masonry method of the ditch liner are different from before that meet the requirements of BF production owing to high strengthness, erosion and corrosion resistant, non - stick slag and high throughput capacity.
