摘要
对鞍钢1780mm冷连轧机组带材跑偏原因进行了分析,并开发出一套高精度双重化纠偏控制系统(已成功投入运行),有效地提高了带钢在轧机入口的纠偏精度、系统响应速度及控制系统的稳定性,有利于带钢的平稳轧制。
Reasons leading to strip snaking in Angang 1780ram cold continuous wiling mills are analyzed. A set of double anti - snaking control system ( has been successfully put into operation) is developed which can effectively improves anti - snaking precise of strip at rolling machine entrance, system response rate and stability and strip is benefit to be stably rolled.
