摘要
鞍钢冷轧厂镀锌机组自投产以来,一直存在钢卷车在卸卷时发生内径抽芯卸卷失败等卸卷故障。通过测试与分析,排除了液压系统元件本身的问题,认为卷筒变径设计缺陷和液压系统程序控制缺陷是故障产生的直接原因。通过改进卷筒变径方式和液压系统程序控制,解决了这一技术难题。
The strip winding near the inner core of coil car has always been stripped while discharging coil since galvanizing mills put into operation in Angang Cold Rolled Sheet Plant. By test and analysis, the direct reasons leading to failures are the defaults in designing coiler mandrel diameter change and controlling hydraulic system program but not the system parts themselves. The technical difficult problem is solved through improving the defaults above.
