摘要
利用微磁学理论,研究了周期及准周期结构Sm-Co/-αFe交换耦合多层膜体系的剩磁、内禀矫顽力与体系厚度及层数的关系。研究结果表明:当体系厚度较大且层数较少时,周期结构的磁性能优于准周期结构的磁性能;但当体系厚度较小层数较多时,则是准周期结构的磁性能优于周期结构的磁性能。这对交换耦合多层膜磁体的制备有一定的指导意义。
The relation between the remanence and the intrinsic coercive field of periodic and quasi-periodic configuration Sm-Co/α-Fe multilayers and thickness and layer-number of the system are investigated by using the micromagnetic theory. The results show., as with relatively large thickness of the system and less layer-number, the magnetic properties of periodic configuration is better than that of the quasi-periodic configuration, but as with relatively less thickness of the system and more layer-number, the magnetic properties of the quasi-periodic configuration is better than that of the periodic configuration. This can be used to direct the preparing of the exchange-coupling multilayer films.
