利血平提取工艺的中试研究

Pilot experiment of reserpine purification

目的进行从催吐萝芙木根粉中提取利血平的中试规模的研究。方法催吐萝芙木根粉经浸提、大孔树脂吸附和洗脱、沉淀生物碱、去除胶质、粗结晶、重结晶,制得利血平晶体。结果利血平总提取率平均为0.035%,测定结果表明,利血平质量符合《中国药典》标准。结论此提取工艺优于传统的苯提取法,适合于工业化生产。

Purpose Pilot experiment of purification process of reserpine from Rauwolfia vomitoria was studied to achieve a stable, high-yield purification process. Methods Reserpine was obtained from Rauwolfia vomitoria by a series of purification methods： immerging extraction, enrichment by macroporous adsorption resin, alkaloid precipitation, colloid removal, crystallization and recrystallization. Results An average overall yield of 0. 035 % was obtained. The quality was examineled according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia and was up to the standard. Conclusion The purification process is superior to the traditional extraction process with organic solvent. It is suitable to industrial production of reserpine.
