靶向脂质体在癌症治疗中的应用
Application of targeting liposome in antitumor therapy
摘要
脂质体作为药物载体问世以来,一直在癌症肿瘤治疗方面引起人们的关注,此文对近年来国外在此方面的研究进展,尤其对当前较热门的脂质体肿瘤靶向给药及其触发释药的机制作一介绍。
