摘要
应用核磁共振成像研究孤独障碍的脑结构异常可以阐明脑的神经解剖学与人的行为之间的关系。随着现代影像技术的发展,对孤独障碍脑结构像的研究报道越来越深入,并得出一些有意义的结论。该文不仅综述了近几年来应用核磁共振成像技术研究孤独障碍脑体积和灰白质的结果,而且分别从胼胝体、杏仁核、海马、基底节等与孤独障碍密切相关的皮层下结构的角度综述了其与孤独障碍的关系。
In order to elucidate relationship between neuroanatomical changes and human behaviors, many studies adopt magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to explore abnormalities in brain structure of autistic children. With development of modem imaging technology, the research on brain structure imaging of children with autism progresses deeper and deeper and some significant conclusions have been drawn up : the brain volume of children with autism is enlarged and their gray matter/white matter ratio is enlarged, Researches also found that repetitive behaviors in autism had some relationship with amygdale and basal ganglia; language disorder also had some connection with planum temporale and sylvian fissure etc. These findings are contributive to a good understanding of the etiology and future diagnosis of autism, This article reviewed research results in recent years on autistic disorder by MRI and relationships of subcortical structures with autistic disorder.
