摘要
结合邯钢CSP生产实践,研究了钢水成分、结晶器铜板表面质量、结晶器热流控制等对SS400薄板坯表面纵裂的影响及裂纹形成的机理。研究表明:SS400钢种的碳含量远离包晶区,结晶器宽面热流控制在2.05×106W/m,渣膜结晶率控制在40%,稳定拉速,可有效地减少铸坯表面纵裂。
Influencing factors such as liquid steel composition, copper plate surface quality of the mould and the heat flux in the mould were investingated on CSP thin slab caster at Handan Steel. It is shown that carbon content of this steel is far from the peritectic zone . When the beat flux is kept around 2.05 x 106W/m2 ,40% of the crystallization ratio of the mould powder film and stable casting speed is reached, the longitudinal surface cracking of the thin slab can be remarkably decreased.
