摘要
简要介绍结晶器锥度的作用,并且对方坯及圆坯结晶器锥度设计的原则进行分析,最后以测量方坯及圆坯结晶器内腔尺寸数据为基础,分析结晶器锥度在生产过程中存在的问题。
Design principles of billet and round bloom casters are described. Based on the measurement on the mould dimensions of different billet and round bloom, influences of mould taper on casting operation were analyzed.
