摘要
探讨了利用锻造余热对汽车渗碳齿轮毛坯进行等温正火和普通正火后对齿轮的组织、硬度及渗碳淬火变形等的影响,确定了锻造余热等温正火作为预先热处理的可行性和必要性。
After analyzes the influence of automobile cemented gear rough, which is adopted the method of utilizing the residual forging heat for normalizing and isothermal normalizing, on it's structure, hardness, and distortion during cementation and quenching, the feasibility and necessity of the way of utilixing the residual forging heat for imthermal normalizing as pre-heat treatment are determined.
