摘要
提出将人工智能技术应用于数控系统的策略和模型。构造出数控机床故障诊断专家系统模型,实现数控机床故障诊断智能化;提出利用知识库中的管理子系统管理各子知识库;采用正反推理混合方式以及单元推理、行为推理和故障树推理的方式,提高了故障诊断效率。
his article presents the strategy and models of applying the artificial intelligence technology in computer numerical control system. It constructs the model of fault diagnosis for NC device and realizes intelligentization for fault diagnosis for NC device. It manages sub-intelligence data base from the sub-managing system, using the positive and negative reasoning method, unit reasoning, behavior reasoning and fault tree reasoning method. Thus the efficiency of fault diagnosis is improved.
