摘要
为解决厚0.25 mm镍Ⅱ板料拉深成形零件的回弹问题,提出一种适合有限元模拟的模具曲面修正方法。采用基于点的曲面表达方式描述模具曲面,利用原始型值点与修正后的型值点之间的误差描述光顺,并利用ABAQUS软件建立了相应的计算机模拟系统。模拟结果表明,该系统适用于采用有限元模拟模具曲面修正。
To solve the spring problem of thick 0.3ram Ni2 Plate in taking shape parts, a method for modifying die surfaces in Ni2 plate deforming simulation is proposed. It describes of the surfaces based on the point representation, and the fairness of a surface is represented with the difference between the original points and those after modification. A simulation system is created by the use of the finite element software ABAQUS. The example of simulation, shows that the proposed method and the simulation system are applicable in die surface modification assisted with the finite element method.
