摘要 介绍了一种高精度定尺剪切控制系统,该系统仅需一台PLC控制,它结构简单、造价低廉、运行可靠、生产率高,特别适用于以金属薄板为原材料、剪切长度更换频繁和精度要求高、剪切批量大的企业。 This article introduces a kind of the control system of the high accuracy to shear according to length enacted. The system is only controlled by one PLC set. It's conetruction is very simple and it's price is very cheap with the operation stabilization, and the high rate of production. The system is especially useful for the factory, which makes use of metallic lamella as the original material, multifarious change length and requires the high accuracy of length and the batch-type of production.
