摘要
根据Hg1-xCdxTe晶体结构、组分和点阵常数的关系,导出Hg1-xCdxTe晶体密度和组分的关系式。讨论了温度对晶体密度的影响,与参考文献中的密度公式进行了比较。
It is presented in the paper that the computation formuls on Hg1-xCdxTe crystal density versus ingredient in terms of theory: ρ = (0.0807 - 2. 17147)/ (1+ 0. 0013x+ 0. 0026x2)3 (g/cm3 ). The effect of temperature on crystal density is also discussed. This formula depends on crystal construcion, ingredient and lattice parameter. It is prerequisite of the formula that Hg1-xCdxTe is ideal crystal and the effect of impurety and defect is ignored.
