由于“上海热线”的建立和逐渐推广 ,用户 ,尤其是单机工作的家庭用户 ,如何接续“上海热线”便成为很多人关心的问题。本文就此介绍了在WIN95和WIN3x单机状态下 ,进行“上海热线”接续所需硬件与软件的安装和设置方法。
