摘要
对47名健康老年志愿者作单音听觉、图像及汉字结构识别视觉刺激的事件相关电位研究。单音及图像刺激,各部位ERP各波潜伏期与RT两性间无显著差异(P>0.05)。汉字结构刺激,N2L,女性短于男性(P<0.05),P1、N1、P2、P3潜伏期与RT,两性间无显著差异(P>0.05)。三种刺激ERP之间内源性成分、RT比较:N2L,男性图像及汉字结构刺激均长于单音刺激(P<0.05),图像与汉字结构刺激比较无显著差异(P>0.05);女性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。P3L,男性汉字结构刺激长于图像及单音刺激(P<0.05),女性图像刺激及汉字结构刺激均长于单音刺激(P<0.05)。RT比较,男性和女性,图像及汉字结构刺激均长于单音刺激(P<0.05),图像与汉字结构刺激比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。
s ERPs of target stimulation with tone,picture and characters of Chinese words were studied in 47 healthy aging subjects, P 1、N 1、P 2、N 2 and P 3 latencies(P 3Ls) and reaction time(RT) of males and females in tone and picture stimulus were no different.In characters of Chinese words stimulus,the N 2 latencies of females were shorter than that of males( P <0.05); The P 1 、N 1、P 2、P 3 latencies and RT of males and females were no different. In males, The N 2 latencies of characters of Chinese words and picture stimulus were longer than that of tone stimulus, but no different between characters of Chinese words and picture stimulus .In females, there were no different in tone,picture and characters of Chinese words stimulus.In males,the P 3Ls of characters of Chinese words stimulus were longer than that of picture stimulus; the P 3Ls of picture stimulus were longer than that of tone stimulus.In females,the P 3Ls of characters of Chinese words and picture stimulus were longer than that of tone stimulus. The RT of characters of Chinese words and picture stimulus were longer than that of tone stimulus,but no different between characters of Chinese words and picture stimulus both in males and females.
