摘要
目的:探讨山莨菪碱(6542)对油酸引起的家兔急性肺损伤的防治作用及其机制。方法:观察6542对油酸致急性肺损伤兔血浆及肺组织丙二醛(MDA)、肺表面活性物质(PS)、血浆纤维连接蛋白(Fn)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)含量的影响;同时进行了组织病理学的光镜及电镜观察。结果:致伤前先给予定量的6542,可使油酸致急性肺损伤家兔血浆及肺组织MDA的产生及血浆LDH、ACP的释放减少;且可防止PS及血浆Fn的降低,减轻肺组织的损伤程度。结论:油酸致急性肺损伤后PS减少可能与MDA增加有关;6542通过其稳膜作用能减轻或在一定程度上防止肺损伤的发生和发展。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic and preventive effects of anisodamine(6542)on acute pulmonary injury induced by oleic acid in rabbits and their mechanism.Methods:6542 was applied in the prophylaxis and treatment of rabbits with acute lung injury induced by oleic acid.The changes of the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in plasma and lung homogenate,pulmonary surfactant(PS),fibronectin(Fn),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and acid phosphatase(ACP) in plasma were observed.Results: the administration of 6542 could decrease the contents of MDA,LDH and ACP,prevent the reduction of PS and Fn,and alleviate the pulmonary tissue injury.Conclusions:It is suggested that the decrease of PS may be due to the increase of MDA,and that 6542 possesses protective effects on the acute lung injury induced by oleic acid through a mechanism of cell membrance stabilization.
