Some Maintenance and Management Points for the Program Controlled Telecommunication Unit

The program controlled Shandong Electric Power telecommunication unit in Research Institute is an important part for Shandong Power Grid, it shoulders the task of telecommunication net for the State Power Grid Corporation and some sub-companies. Also it also serves as a telecommunications center for the campus （Shandong Electric Power Research Institute） and local regions. Any failure in the center may lead to the breakdown for the telecommunication network of the whole power grid, which may affect the security of the grid. Therefore it becomes more and more important to well manage and maintain the program controlled telecommunication unit. The author in this article brings us her experience in recent years for the management and maintenance of the program controlled telecommunication unit.
