摘要
确定评价因素在评价指标体系中的权重系数,是评价工作的关键之一。通常使用的CHR法确定权数,必须经过大量复杂的计算,利用SQL Server的数据库功能,实现基于网络环境的多点并发操作,可以简化计算。本文通过实例讨论了其算法,给出了应用软件。
It is a crucial step in estimating that computing the weight of factors in estimating-index systems. A complex process of calculating is needed for common-used CHR method. It could be simplified through the database functionality of SQL Server which allows the network concurrency operations. This article discussed the algorithm by examples, and showed the software.
