耳穴贴压在首次妊娠妇女人工流产术中的应用

Application of Auricular-plaster Therapy to Artificial Abortions in Primigravidae

将60例首次怀孕并要求终止妊娠的健康妇女随机分为耳压组和对照组，每组30例，全部采用常规扩宫和负压吸引人工流产术。结果表明，耳压组在松弛宫口、解痉、止痛及减轻和消除人流综合征等方面均有明显疗效，并较常规手术时间至少缩短了7min。

Sixty healthy primigravidae who asked for artificial termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups - the auricular-plaster therapy group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). Conventional dilatation of uteri and vaccum extraction for the artificial abortions were adopted for all of them. The result showed that the auricular- plaster therapy achieved notable effect in relaxation of cervical orifice, spasmolysis, pain-relieving and elimination of artificial abortion syndrom. And the time of the operation was cut short at least by 7 minutes in comparasion with the control.
