经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术对血浆内皮素-1和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)含量的影响

Effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty on plasma levels of endothelin1 and 6keto PGF 1α

目的：探讨经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）是否影响冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者的内皮细胞功能。方法：用放射免疫法测定１７例冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者ＰＴＣＡ前后血浆内皮素１（ＥＴ１）和６酮前列腺素Ｆ１α（６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α）的含量。结果：ＰＴＣＡ后血浆ＥＴ１和６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α水平均升高，术后２４小时达高峰，ＥＴ１增至术前的２．５６±０．９４倍（Ｐ＜０．０１），６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α增至术前的１．４２±０．７４倍（Ｐ＜０．０１），７天后降至接近术前水平。结论：ＰＴＣＡ可刺激内皮细胞释放血管活性物质。

Objective:To investigate whether percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) influences the function of endothelial cells.Methods:Plasma le vels of endothelin1 (ET1) and 6ketoPGF 1α in 17 patients with coronary artery disease were determined by radioimmunoassay before and after PTCA.Results:A remarkable increase of plasma ET1 and 6keto PGF 1α was found after PTCA.They reached to peak levels 24hr after PTCA.ET1 increased to 2 56±0 94 of its initial value ( P <0.01)before the procedure and 6ketoPGF 1α to 1 42±0 74.These increased values returned to the normal range by 7 days.Conclusions:PTCA can stimulate the endothelial cells to release vasoactive substance.Hence,it is necessary to prevent coronary artery spasm after PTCA.
