二尖瓣球囊成形术前后心电图PtfV_1的改变及意义

Change of PtfV 1 of ECG before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty and clinical significance

目的：研究风湿性心脏病（风心病）二尖瓣狭窄患者二尖瓣球囊成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）前后心电图ＰｔｆＶ１的改变及其与血流动力学、二维超声心动图的相关性。方法：测定２４例风心病患者ＰＢＭＶ前后心电图ＰｔｆＶ１、血流动力学和二维超声心动图参数并作相关分析。结果：ＰｔｆＶ１术后较术前明显降低（Ｐ＝０．０１３），手术前后ＰｔｆＶ１与血流动力学及二维超声心动图参数均无明显相关性。结论：心电图ＰｔｆＶ１可作为术后血流动力学改善的无创性指标之一。

Objective:To study the change of PtfV 1 and its correlation with hemodynamics and echocardiography before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV).Methods:We measured the PtfV 1 of ECG and observed the hemodynamics and echocardiography before and after PBMV in 24 patients with rheumatic heart disease.Results:PtfV 1 was significantly decreased after PBMV compared with that before PBMV( P =0 013),but was not correlated with the hemodynamic and echocardiographic indexes.Conclusions:It is suggested that PtfV 1 may be used as a useful noninvasive index for evaluating the hemodynamic effect of PBMV,and its abnormality in rheuma tic mitral stenosis may result from a combined effect of multiple factors.
