氧化应激与血管老化 被引量:2

摘要 内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞是防御各种应激因子的第一道防线。在对应激因子的作用中产生适应性修饰。血管具有内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞.其损伤不可避免地引起血管老化,血管老化的炎症假说强调应激诱导的血管老化是系统功能障碍的基础。近年来对内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞抵抗氧化应激做了大量研究,本文综述了氧化应激与血管老化方面的研究结果。
