成人急诊肠梗阻手术的麻醉分析

摘要 肠梗阻是外科的常见急腹症之一,病情轻重不一,多伴有水电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡、呼吸功能不全,死亡率高。对此类患者充分的术前估计与准备、合适的麻醉方法、合理用药以及加强术中监测是降低手术麻醉风险、保证患者安全度过围术期的重要措施。我院2001~2005年共急诊手术成人肠梗阻患者89例,现将急诊肠梗阻手术麻醉的有关情况分析如下。
