基于累计和法原理的改进集合法及其在出生缺陷监测中的应用

THE MODIFIED SETS TECHNIQUE BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF CUSUM WITH APPLICATION IN BIRTH DEFECTS MONITORING.

集合法是根据一个医院中出生的两个连续的同类缺陷儿间的围产儿数ｘ的多少进行判断的。若有几个ｘ小于给定的界值时，可认为该类出生缺陷的发生有增加，由于该法仅利用了部分ｘ与界值的相对大小，未充分利用样本的信息，本文将利用信息多的累计和法的基本思想引入集合法，提出了利用信息多的改进集合法。

The sets technique is judged according to the perinatal number x between the same two continuous birth defects in one or more hospitals.If two or more x are smaller than a given boundary,then the incidence of birth defects increase.In this paper,the authors proposed the modified sets technique based on the principle of Cumulative Sum technique(CUSUM).The information of sample can be concerned more in the modified sets technique than in sets technique.In the last part,a medical example was explained.
