摘要 活化的肝星状细胞(HSC)在肝纤维化的形成发展中起着至关重要的作用。转化生长因子(TGF-β)被认为是HSC活化最有效的刺激因子。拮抗TGF-β的作用已成为抗纤维化治疗策略的重要目标。此文就TGF-β受体的结构和功能以及近几年针对该受体的抗肝纤维化研究进展作一综述。 The activated hepatic stellate cell (HSC) is the primary cell type responsible for the development of liver fibrosis. Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) plays a major role in this process via the activation of HSC. Various approaches have been tested to block the effects of TGF-β. In this article, we introduce the structure and function of TGF-β receptors, as well as recent researches of their antifibrotic treatments.
