两种不同外源性胃电刺激动物模型建立及电极连线维护的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解两种构建外源性胃电刺激动物模型及电极维护方法的优劣。方法:12条雌性比格犬,均分入对照组、实验组。实验组采用可吸收缝线缝合4对心脏起搏电极,术中测试胃慢波,术后不包裹电极连线而任其裸露在外,也不穿戴专用夹克。对照组采用普通丝线缝合4对心脏起搏电极,术中不测试胃慢波,术后采用纱布包裹外露的电极连线,并给犬穿戴专用夹克。记录模型复制成功率、电极窦道口感染次数及电极连线脱落情况,持续2个月。结果:模型复制成功率对照组(66.8%)显著低于实验组(100%)。窦道口感染次数对照组(16次)高于实验组(4次)(P<0.05)。对照组有1例发生电极脱落而实验组则无。结论:实验组的动物模型能够显著降低人力消耗和实验成本,是进行胃电刺激研究的适宜模型。 Objective:To investigate the merits and defects of two different models for exogenous electrical stimulation and their maintenance of the electrode connecting wires. Methods:Twelve female beagles were divided into two groups, test group and control group. The test group was implanted with four pairs of cardiac pacing electrodes into the gastric seromuseular layer via laparotomy. Absorbable sutures were applied to fix these electrodes. During the operation, we recorded the gastric slow wave to check whether the electrodes were affixed to gastric sera properly. The control group was similar as the test group except that the electrodes were sutured with silk sutures and did not record gastric slow wave during the operation. Each of the dogs in the control group rather than in the test group was given with an especially designed jacket and the outer connecting wires of electrodes were wrapped with absorbent gauze. Observe the successful rate of building models and record the occurrence of inflammation in the outlet of electrode connecting wires and the incidence of dogs whose electrodes shed from the stomach during the period of consecutive two months. Results:More available models were found in the test group(100 %)than in the control group (66.8%) and the test group presented with less inflammation in outlet of electrode wires( 16 in the control group vs 4 in the test group). The shedding of electrode wires could be found in one dog of the control group but couldn't in the test group. Conclusion: Animal model in the test group is more suitable for studying the exogenous electrical stimulation than that in the control group with less labor costs and experimental expenses.
