摘要
针对生产小直径管材传统方法的不足,提出用Y型轧机轧制小直径无缝钢管的新工艺;并在有限元变形理论的基础上,采用MSC.Marc有限元软件和接触分析技术对平三角孔型连轧小直径钢管过程进行了三维弹塑性热力耦合模拟仿真,以动态图像形式反映了金属的变形过程,得到应变分布情况。为Y型轧机在小直径钢管生产中的应用提供了理论依据。
Addressing the shortcomings of the convenient manufacturing processes for small-sized pipes, a new process for the same purpose with the Y type mandrel mill is proposed. Furthermore, based on the FE deformation theory, simulation of the three-dimensional elastic-plastic thermal coupling of the process to roll small pipes with the plane triangular-passed mandrel mill is conducted with the MSC,Marc FE software and the contactanalysis technology, showing the metal deformation process with dynamic pictures and resulting in the strain distribution pattern.The simulation result can be used not only as the basis for application of the said Y type mandrel mil to produce small sized pipes.
