摘要 简述了无缝钢管和异型管材热挤压的一般工艺过程,包括热挤压生产无缝钢管时所需空心管坯的几种制造方法。介绍了16.3MN钢管挤压机生产线的设备构成,包括挤压机的主机、机械化辅机、机后出料系统、液压动力装置和电气控制系统。热挤压加工能将金属管坯一次加工成管、型材,可以很好地实现难变形钢种的钢管成型,是生产高合金、难变形钢种和各种异型无缝钢管的较理想的方法。 Briefed in the article are the general hot-extrusion processes for seamless steel tubes and shaped tubes, including several manufacturing methods to produce hollow blooms as used to make hot-extruded seamless steel tubes. Described here are the main aspects of the 16.3 MN pipe extrusion plant, covering the extruder proper, the mechanical auxiliary equipment, the run-out system, the hydraulic drive system and the electric control system, etc. The hot-extrusion process is capable of turning the metal bloom into final tubular or sectional product with only one operation step, and easily getting the high deformation steels formed as tubes, being an ideal solution to produce seamless tube in high alloy or high deformation steels and various shaped seamless steel tubes as well.
