摘要
针对150 t/h煤粉动力锅炉,利用膜法富氧技术,首次进行了局部增氧助燃技术应用于煤粉锅炉的工业试验。实践证明,膜法富氧局部增氧助燃技术有效地解决了炉膛结渣和高温腐蚀问题,大渣及飞灰可燃物含量降低,提高了锅炉热效率,降低了NOx排放浓度,提高了低负荷不投油稳燃能力,为煤粉锅炉的安全、经济、低NOx排放开辟了一个新方向。
With the view of energy saving and environment protection, using membrane, the technology for local oxygen - enrichment supporting - combustion has been applied in the 150 t/h pulverized coal boiler for the first time. Results shows that the carbon content in slag and fly ash to be obviously lowered, the thermal efficiency of the boiler to been enhanced 2.5%, slag bonding and high temperature corrosion can be effectively prevented. It is also found that NOx emission could be decreased and the low load stable burning could be improved.
