摘要
根据元宝山电厂地处辽西电网末端、长距离输电及电网稳定性差的现实条件,结合快关汽门的实施,对其300MW机组轴系扭振可靠性进行了理论分析和现场实测。在此基础上,加装了轴系扭振应力在线监测装置,并多次成功地监测到各种原因导致的轴系扭振故障,成为机组轴系运行的可靠保障,同时作为机组/电网接口监视手段,对机组/电网协调运行发挥了重要作用。
Yuanbaoshan Power Plant is located at the terminal of West Liaoning power grid.Taking long distance power transmission and low stability of power grid into account,combined with the use of fast closing steam valve,the theoretical analysis and measurement at site of torsional vibration reliability on 300MW Turbo-generator set shaft system were carried out.On this basis,on line devices for measuring shaft system torsional vibration stress were installed,and torsional vibration faults of shaft system resulted from varions causes were successfully monitored many times.Thus this device has become the reliable safeguard of unit's shaft system operation,and at the same time as a monitoring means of unit/grid interface,it has played a remarkable role in the coordination operation of unit/grid.
