摘要 根据一维煤粉炉上的燃烧试验结果,研究了空气分级燃烧对我国电站锅炉四种典型用煤的NOx生成特性及煤粉燃尽率的影响。分析结果表明,空气分级燃烧可以有效地降低炉内NOx的生成与排放。在综合考虑NOx排放与燃烧经济性的平衡后,可以得到试验煤种的最佳参数范围,在此范围内可以实现低NOx高经济性的燃烧过程。 Based upon the results of combustion testing on one dimensional pulverized coal fired boilers,the impacts of air staged combustion on the formation characteristics of NO x and burn up rate of pulverized coal for four typical kinds of coal fired in utility boilers in China were studied. The result analysis indicated that air staged combustion could effectively reduce the formation of NO x in furnace and its emission. Through the overall balance of NO x emission and combustion economics, the optimum parameter range of the tested coals can be obtained, and the efficient combustion process with low NO x emission within this range can be realized.
