摘要 分析了锦州发电厂2号炉主、再热蒸汽温度偏低的主要原因,针对设备缺陷和运行中存在的问题,提出了综合治理主、再热蒸汽温度的具体措施。改造后的测试表明,机组在满负荷下运行,主、再热蒸汽温度均能达到原设计值,再热蒸汽温度平均提高15~20℃,主蒸汽温度提高5℃,大大地改善了发电机组运行的经济性和安全性。 Main reasons for the main and reheat steam temperatures of No.2 boiler in Jinzhou Thermal Power Plant being on low side are analyzed. In view of the equipment defects and the existing problems in operation, the concrete measures for comprehensively tackling the main and reheat steam temperatures are proposed. The measurement and test after refurbishment show that both the main and reheat steam temperatures under full load operation can reach designed values. The reheat and main steam temperatures are raised by 15~20℃ and 5℃ respectively, greatly improving the operation economics and reliability of generating unit.
