抛送式秸秆粉碎还田机风场模拟 被引量:6

Research on Simulating the Wind Field of the Field Straw Chopper with Throwing Cotton Stalk

摘要 对抛送式秸秆粉碎还田机进行三维建模,应用CFD技术对其风场进行了模拟研究。采用湍流模型和SIMPLE算法进行求解,通过对速度分布场分析,初步得出了甩刀刀柄迎风面积、留茬高度、刀尖间隙、前(后)风口高度、侧面间隙等因素对风场影响的基本规律。 3-D models of the field straw chopper were constructed and the wind fields were simulated by CFD. The turbulent flow pattern and SIMPLE algorithm were used in the wind simulation. The basic laws of structure parameters such as the width of knife handle, the height of the stubbles, the distance between the knife and shell, the height of front and back and side wind outlets that affected the wind field were obtained. These laws provided a basis for designing the chopper.
