摘要
目的:比较獐牙菜属及近缘植物中獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷、齐墩果酸的含量,为资源利用提供依据。方法:獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷色谱条件:ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(含0.1%磷酸)的比例在0→30 min 内由20:80线性变化至30:70,检测波长240 nm,流速0.60 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃。齐墩果酸色谱条件:ZOR-BAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.1%磷酸)(75:25),检测波长210 nm;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温40℃。结果:獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷及齐墩果酸的线性范围为0.155~19.0μg(r=0.9999),0.0186~1.24μg(r=0.9999),0.00680~1.36μg(r=0.9998),0.150~3.90μg(r=0.9996),回收率分别为101.2%(RSD=1.6%),99.4%(RSD=1.2%),102.6%(RSD=1.5%),99.3%(RSD=1.8%)。结论:本实验说明在民间作为獐牙菜使用的植物中都含有4种有效成分,但种间差异较大。
Objective: To analyze and compare the content of swertiamarin, gentiopicroside, mangiferin, oleanolic acid in 14 species of Swertia and its related plants and to supply a basis for the resources exploitation. Methods: The ZORBAX SB -C18 column (4. 6 mm 150 mm, 5 μm)was used. The mobile phase of swertiamarin, gentiopicroside, mangiferin consisted of CH3OH -H2O (0. 1% H3PO4 ) ,gradient elution :0→30 min from 20:80 to 30:70 ;the flow rate was 0. 60 mL· min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. The mobile phase of oleanolic acid consisted of CH3 CN - H2 O (0. 1% H3 PO4 ) (75:25 ) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results:The linear ranges of swertiamarin, gentiopicroside, mangiferin and oleanolic acid were 0. 155 ~ 19.0 μg(r =0. 9999) ,0. 0186 - 1.24 μg(r =0. 9999) ,0. 00680 - 1.36 μg(r =0. 9998) ,0. 150 -3.90μg (r =0. 9996) respectively. The average recoveries were 101.2% (RSD = 1.6% ) ,99. 4% (RSD = 1.2% ), 102.6% (RSD = 1.5% ) ,99.3% (RSD = 1.8% ) respectively. Conclusion :This experiment shows that these plants used for Zhangyacai in folk medicine contain four effective components, but the difference is notable.
